A TitleFontTransmitter updates the fonts for DockFont.ID_TITLE_ACTIVE and DockFont.ID_TITLE_INACTIVE using FontMap.FONT_KEY_TITLE and FontMap.FONT_KEY_TITLE_FOCUSED.
